NEX Trailer being well received.

24hrs on and the internet has been doing what it does so very well, spread information! We’ve had some great coverage from websites all over the world including this very nice one from Touch Arcade.

Forum threads are springing up as people begin to enthuse, speculate and comment about NEX. The feedback so far has been very positive and judging by some of the comments coming in on our Twitter page, some of you are very excited indeed.

NEX Update - On the Glide Path - Submitted to Apple Today.

Internal testing went well – a couple of bumps here and there, but nothing that couldn't be worked out. Which meant that we could submit the final version of NEX to apple for Q&A today. This is a big deal to us, we have effectively gone gold today. Hoorar ! This marks the end of many months work by the team and while we are not quite on the ground yet, we are on the on the glide path and looking good on approach. Providing no last minute issues arrise during Q&A with Apple, NEX will be released very soon. Keep checking back here or follow our Twitter for the latest information and news.

Audio Mastering & Final Mixdown

I thought some of you might find a few images from the final audio mixdown session for NEX interesting. We used Adobe Audition for the mastering work. I've been a fan of this audio editing package for many years. In fact before Adobe bought out a small company called Syntrillium software, the package used to be called Cool Edit Pro. Keep and eye on the Starbyte news page, we will soon be posting some sound clips and effects from NEX for use as ring tones etc.
